Nova Social Consulting is composed of passionate students from NOVA School of Business and Economics. They are willing to provide high-quality services to their clients and acquire new skills during the entire process. Our aim is to empower Portugal's social sector and contribute to the self-development of every party involved.

 

Our members are divided into two teams:

• Social Consultancy - They are responsible for providing consulting services to our clients. Each team is composed of 5 consultants (including a team leader). The team leaders are responsible for direct communication with clients, by assuring guidance, providing feedback, and guaranteeing the quality of our services.

• Club Management Board - The board is responsible for people operations, project and client coordination, marketing & communications, and business development of all club-related activities.  

 

Our Consulting Areas of Expertise

Our clients’ trust has allowed us to support them across a multitude of challenges and opportunities: we are committed to tailoring our projects to the organisations’ needs and specificities. Each team of 5 consultants will be dedicated to a client project for the duration of one semester (+/- 12 weeks).

• Business Strategy Design and Evaluation - We help you to validate your business model, assess, and adjust your strategy and improve your customer acquisition and retention.

• Marketing & Communication Strategy - We provide support with pricing models, social media strategy, social media engagement, customer analytics, and brand awareness.

• Financial Sourcing - We help you with investor pitches, debt and equity funding, donation and fundraising strategies, strategic and corporate partnerships.

• Impact Measurement - We help you to identify key metrics for your organisations, develop data collection methodologies, report and communicate the created impact.
